There are hundreds and hundreds of taichi videos and qigong and chi kung videos and it can be confusing trying to figure out which one is right for you.
What we have done is is break them down into several categories, what they are teaching in terms of style and routines and language. We added the last bit because we have bought several Chinese Mandarin language dvds and while they are often very good - they are really difficult for beginners to use.
