There are hundreds and hundreds of chi kung and qigong videos and it can be confusing trying to figure out which one is right for you.
What we have done is is break them down into several categories, what they are teaching in terms of style and routines and language. We added the last bit because we have bought several Chinese Mandarin language dvds and while they are often very good - its difficult to know what each of the moves is supposed to achieve in terms of health or flexibility. Possibly not a good idea for beginners.
